About LJ Solutions
Practical systems selected for the way your project needs to perform.
We install spray foam insulation, seamless coatings, waterproofing and protective lining systems for homes, buildings, vehicles, equipment and commercial assets.
Built from solving a difficult problem
LJ Solutions began in 2017 while we were looking for a way to remediate a large commercial project without the downtime created by conventional systems. That search led us to polyurea, a fast-applied protective coating, and to the specialised equipment and process required to install it properly.
From there, the business expanded into polyurethane spray foam insulation, waterproofing, liners and seamless flooring systems. The applications vary, but the principle remains the same: match the system to the substrate, environment and performance expected from it.
Long-term performance comes from the complete system: suitable materials, careful preparation, sound detailing and controlled application.
Different applications, one practical approach
Our work sits across four connected areas. Each one is treated as a complete system rather than a single product applied in isolation.
Spray foam insulation
Closed-cell spray foam and injection or pour foam for buildings, containers, marine, agricultural and specialist applications where continuous insulation and air control matter.
Explore insulationSeamless flooring
Epoxy, flake, polyaspartic and hot-applied polyurea systems for garages, workshops, commercial kitchens and demanding operational areas.
Protective coatings
Wear, impact, abrasion and chemical-resistant coatings for vehicles, equipment, process areas and assets that need more than a decorative finish.
Waterproofing, membranes and liners
Systems for tanks, bunds, containment, commercial tanking, geofabric-reinforced membranes and specialist potable-water applications.
Explore linings and containmentThe product is only one part of the system
Good results begin before installation. We look at what the surface is made from, the conditions it will face and what the finished system needs to achieve.
Understand the application
We start with the intended use, environment, access and the problem you are trying to solve.
Match the system
Materials, build-up and finish are selected around the substrate and expected service conditions.
Prepare the work
Access, masking, surface preparation and surrounding trades are considered before application begins.
Apply with control
The system is installed with attention to coverage, detailing and the requirements agreed for the project.
Direct access to practical experience
Clients work directly with someone who understands the system, operates the equipment and knows what is involved in delivering the work on site.
Straightforward advice
We explain the options in plain language and raise limitations early, before they become expensive surprises.
Specialist equipment
Our high-pressure plural-component equipment allows us to install fast-reacting foam and coating systems that are outside the scope of conventional trades.
Quality carried through
Specification, preparation and application are treated as connected parts of the same job, not separate boxes to tick.
